Old reliable Pest Control was founded by Richard Pedersen in 1957 and his son Carl ran the company until his passing in 2012. Dev Nandlal as the only technician achieved certified applicator status and purchased the company as a last wish for Carl the phone number was not changed since it was the original number since 1957.
Dev Nandlal as the current owner and operator with his wife, son and daughter operate the day to day operations. Dev is a licensed certified applicator with the state of Texas, a professional inspector with the Texas real estate commission, a licensed accessibility specialist with the Texas Department of licensing, a certified master inspector and international code council certified. Amongst those Certifications and licensing, Dev, also is a specialist in rodent exclusion, German roach, roof rat and formosan termites.
Ashtin is the lead technician whose skills and abilities obtained through the Get Bent Academy and field training have become unparalleled in the industry. He loves to provide excellent southern hospitality and customer service. Ashtin is an exclusion specialist and a kind heart when dealing with rodent extraction situations.
