After Richard’s passing, his son Carl Pedersen took over the operation until the Nandlal Family purchased it. Since then, the Nandlal Family has continued to run the business as a family-owned and operated enterprise.
With one of the oldest license numbers in the state of Texas, Old Reliable Pest Control has established itself as a trusted name in the industry. Even the phone number remains the same as the day the business was started, emphasizing the continuity and reliability of the company.

Dev, a key member of our team, holds multiple licenses as a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector, Certified Applicator, Registered Accessibility, and Licensed Insurance Adjustor. He is committed to continuous learning and strives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team.
Cesilia, our Office Manager and licensed Pest Control Technician, is often the first point of contact for our clients. With a background in Scheduling and Customer Service, she possesses the necessary skills to understand and empathize with each client’s needs, ensuring that Old Reliable can effectively address their concerns.
Ashtin, our Lead Technician and licensed Pest Control Technician, specializes in exclusion techniques. He approaches each client’s situation with a unique analytical mindset, aiming to fully comprehend their needs and provide tailored solutions.
